Starting from XCALLY SHUTTLE version 2.4.32 the Web application has been improved with security fixes.
The new password policy security settings must be enabled inside the section Settings - General
In case you enable the Secure Password, every new agent or user will need to be created according to the following minimum password requirements:
1. At least 8 characters long
2. Is alphanumeric
3. Contains upper/lower case letters
