Imagine to manage your customer live call so that, at the end of the interaction, you will be able to automatically send an SMS to the customer.

Here below some use case: 


First of all you need to create the SMS connection using your provider specifics and then you can design the IVR project, for example, like the simple one shown below:


After the call (in this simple configuration we use the Playback block, but you can set a Dial, Queue or other blocks and structures according to your needs) the Customer will receive an SMS.

Here the detail about the SMS block: we set twilio as SMS connection and the phone number of the caller as Phone (default value).
