The Phonebar cannot connect to theXCALLY server
The Phonebar will continue to try to reconnect to the XCALLY server until the connection will be established again.
You probably encountered a network issue between the agent's PCs and the XCALLY server.
If the issue only occurs to one agent's PC, check its firewall and the network connection.
If the issue occurs to all agents, you probably have a global network issue. If the XCALLY server is placed outside your network (e.g. on AWS), check your ISP connection.
All the required ports must be reachable on the XCALLY server:
TCP: 80, 443, 8099, 8888, 8998
UDP: the range from 5060 to 5065 and from 10000 to 20000 included
